Order Policies

Refund and Exchange Policy:

We encourage you to research before making a purchase as refunds are not permitted. However if a product is defective we will allow for an exchange.  Products purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for exchanges.
Order Processing:

All orders are shipped after a processing period. During this processing period, we verify the billing address and the card information. Please ensure your billing information matches or your order will be cancelled. We process Monday through Friday with the exclusion of federal holidays. Weekends and holidays are non-processing days for orders. Your order will processed within 3-5 business days.
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping orders typically ship within 3-5 business days after the processing period. We ship Monday through Saturday with the exclusion of federal holidays. Our standard shipping is delivered via UPS or USPS and takes 3-5 business days to deliver on the east coast and 4-6 days on the west coast.
Economy Shipping:
Economy orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after the processing period. We ship Monday through Saturday with the exclusion of federal holidays. Although the estimated arrival time is accurate, you may receive your order earlier.
Free Shipping:
With free shipping, orders are shipped within 8-14 days business days after the processing period. We ship Monday through Friday with the exclusion of federal holidays.
Sale Processing and Shipping Times:
During sales or promotions, processing times may be extended by 7 days due to high order volumes. Please note that Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holiday promotions orders may require up to 10 business days to process.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms require 100% upfront payment. We accept all major credit cards and offer buy now pay later options through third-party providers. Upon placing an order online, your credit card will be charged. Any instances of credit card fraud or theft of merchandise will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match to complete a transaction on our site. We reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification post-order submission.


Errors and Shipment Delays:

We are not responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural factors, though we strive to meet specified timeframes. All shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Once confirmed, incorrect items will be replaced or refunded, contingent upon the return of the incorrect or defective products.

International Shipments:

International customers must submit a signed credit card authorization form with supporting documents. Customers are responsible for customs clearance and any associated taxes, fees, or duties. Invoices are included with all shipments as the sole accompanying document.

 

Limitation of Liability:

MiaVon limits liability to the remedies outlined herein, excluding any liability for product unavailability or service provision. We are not liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, except as expressly provided herein. Customers agree that liability for product purchases is capped at the total amount paid. MiaVon is not liable for service-related liabilities beyond the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer.
